My Top Cash Back Grocery Apps! (Over $2,000 Back So Far!)
Hey everyone, Okay, so newspaper coupons are kind of a thing of the past. Extreme couponing kinda ruined that, so the new thing is actually using ecoupons or cash back offers for groceries on your phone
and it's super, super simple.
I've already saved, I think, close to $2,000 just by using the app. So today I wanna take you guys in store with me to show
you how to use those and to be honest, I actually don't need
anything at the grocery store this week, but I'm gonna buy a few things to actually show you guys how to use the app and how you can save a ton of money on groceries without using a single coupon.
Let's go shopping.
Okay, the first app you wanna download is called the Ibotta app.
You might have heard me talk about that before. It looks like this, it's pink. After you've downloaded it, you're gonna go through to grocery and because I'm at Target, I'm gonna actually go to the Target section to see what offers are available, but as you see, there's tons of different stores, you just have to pick the store you're shopping at or it won't work.
So I'm gonna click on Target and the very first thing you're gonna see is what's hot, so if you wanna see what the hottest things are that people are just using like crazy, you can scroll through and get a quick idea of the hottest products or offers this week or you can go and scroll through and get different sections like frozen or beverages or whatever you want.
We're gonna look at the Bertolli pasta sauce, it's 75 cents off.
So when you guys actually get to to the grocery store aisle, you have to look at the prices.
Please remember to look at the prices, because the Bertolli sauce here that's tomato and basil is $2.24 and this one's $2.74. They're exactly the same thing, but one's called traditional, so make sure you get the cheapest option possible to help you guys save the most on the actual item.
In order to unlock an offer, normally you have to watch a video and in this case, I had to actually look at a recipe, which took me two seconds, but once this is green and it says unlocked, you're good to go and then it's good and you can purchase
that item at check out.
Alright, so this is my account and I wanted to show you guys that

So on the app right now Life Cereal is a dollar in cash back,so if I tap it, you'll see exactly what size you need to buy, which is the 13 ounce. So up here the 13 ounce is $2.69. So with that dollar off it's $1.69, which is pretty amazing without using a coupon or anything like that.
Stock up prices right now for cereal are about $1.50 or less per box, so $1.69 without having to use a coupon is pretty amazing.
So I'm gonna go through what else I can see. Oh, 25 cents cash back on any produce that I want, which is pretty great.
That means free produce most of the time. You can also see other things like bread or like the staple items that you need for groceries every single week on here all the time. The other thing that's cool about the Checkout 51 app, is that you don't have to purchase it at a specific store, so it's not like offers are just for Target or just for Smith's or just for Walmart.
You just have to make sure that you actually take your picture of
your receipt and upload it by the deadline. As you can see, using the cash back app is super easy and a great way to save on your groceries. After you've actually done your grocery shopping
and you have your receipt, you need to upload a picture of the receipt so they know to actually give you cash back.
Click, "Verify purchase," and then you're gonna go to the store where you buy your items and then it'll give you an option to actually scan your bar code or scan your receipt. And all you have to do is tap on what you're gonna take a picture of and then line it up like it tells you to and you take a picture. And that's it.
