How to Use Amazon Prime Pantry to Save Money on Groceries!
Hi, everyone. I'm Melea from Freebies2Deals.com. So, did you know that you can actually get groceries shipped straight to your house for cheaper than the grocery store? Whoo-hoo. No joke, total shocker, I know. So, today I'm going to show you guys how to use Amazon Prime Pantry, so you can get those household staples and groceries like the ones behind me for super-cheap without leaving your house.
When I first started Freebies2Deals.com, I did it because I really needed to find a way to save money, because I decided to be a stay-at-home mom and quit my job and my husband was just working off of commission.
So, I knew we had to be really smart with the money that we did have, so I started learning how to coupon and find great grocery deals like the ones behind me. But, the couponing world has totally changed. Traditional couponing just isn't really working anymore, so there's lots of ways that I've been looking around
to find to help everyone still save money on groceries and those things that we have to buy all of the time.
So, Amazon Prime Pantry is one of the ways to do that. So, that's why we're gonna break it down, step by step, and I'm gonna show you guys exactly how you can save so much money on your groceries
without leaving your house.
Okay, so there's five tips that I want to share with you guys today. Make sure you watch the whole video, because there are very important tips you guys need to know to make sure you guys get the best deals possible and you don't get taken for your money, because as we all know, Amazon changes their prices multiple times a day on all the things that they sell, so if you're not careful, you might buy something that's more expensive than the grocery store.
So, make sure you listen to all the tips so you don't get taken.
Each Prime Pantry box holds up to 45 pounds. It's huge. Definitely not something I'd want to carry out of the grocery store, right? It's up to you whether you fill it all the way up
or you just fill it up partially. It doesn't matter. The shipping cost is the same.
It's $5.99, but if you are really careful and you watch the promotions that they do all the time on Amazon Prime Pantry,
they will do special deals where if you buy four of a certain item, or four of a certain category, that your shipping fee is waived.
So, that is one way for you to never, ever, have to pay shipping
on Amazon Prime Pantry and something that I would recommend that you do. Amazon also has an e-coupon section that's just for
Prime Pantry items, so you're gonna want to go to that section first.
If you can't find it, you can go to reebies2Deals.com/PrimePantry Coupons and that page will pop up right for you. It changes all the time, so you can go through and see which items have a special coupon to take off even more off the products that you're purchasing.
But, this is the kicker, and this is like the ooga-ooga like important part that you don't want to miss. That coupon will only come off one time, so if you're buying four boxes of cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios like I have behind me, and there's a coupon
for Honey Nut Cheerios, it will only come off one time.
So, unless you like the price without the coupon already,
you won't want to buy multiples of that product. You'll want to buy one and use the coupon, because it will only come off one time. Then, keep watching because they will let you use a coupon again in the future, or the coupon might restart, so there's lots of ways that you can save, or you can just buy one at a time, because remember, it doesn't matter how much space we fill up
in our huge 45 pound box.
The shipping cost is the same and if you use those promotional items like I talked about before, it won't even matter. So, what we're doing is trying to get the cheapest price per item. One of the special things you want to know about Prime Pantry is that, yes, you do have to be an Amazon Prime Member in order to use it. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you can do a free trial.
you've never done one before, you can go to Freebies2Deals.com/AmazonPrimeTrial and that will pull up
the right page for you to sign up and do that.
Otherwise, after your trial, it's $99 a year. Okay, and I know that sounds like a lot but let me tell you, everyone has to have Amazon Prime. No joking. It's like the most amazing thing everyone should have. There's a lot of things it gets you, like free two-day shipping on basically everything that Amazon sells,
unlimited streaming of music and movies, early access to Lightning Deals and more.
The reason why it's so important is because I can usually get my readers on Freebies2Deals.com 50 to 70% off every single thing on their Christmas list. So, it totally pays for itself and makes up the cost. You get to use it all year round on everything you're shopping for, whether it's Halloween costumes, Christmas deals,
presents, toys, whatever you need or those random items you buy on Amazon because you're addicted to Amazon like I am.
It's totally worth the cost. So, if you're ready to do that, I totally would. And, if you need help finding Christmas deals,
don't forget you can follow me on Freebies2Deals.com and I will help you guys find every single thing on your list for a lot cheaper and if it's on Amazon, you'll be able to get it shipped free with two days, two-day shipping.
Okay, your next tip, or step, is that Amazon Prime Pantry changes
all the time with their prices. It's up and down, left and right.
You never know what you're going to get. So, don't just go in
expecting that you can order the same thing that you ordered last time and it's still a great deal. You want to double-check your prices to make sure that they are comparable to the grocery store
and if you're lucky, they will be better than the grocery store prices. Another fun thing about Amazon Prime Pantry is that they've been sending me free samples. I love free samples.
This is Tom's of Maine toothpaste, which this travel size would probably be like one to two dollars if you were to buy it at Target or Walmart. But, I got it free, so you get to add that to
your free sample box. If you don't know what that is, I'll have to do a video on that so you guys can know why we collect samples and why they're so cool to get them for free and have them ready to go for trips, vacations, when you run out and sometimes, they even come with coupons, like this one on the back.
So, you can save money when you're at the grocery store. Okay, so are you guys ready to give Amazon Prime Pantry a try? The reason why I use Amazon Prime Pantry is because it saves me time, it saves me money, I don't have to take my kids to the store with me, I don't have to drag them along.
I don't have to carry out all the groceries, find room for them in my car and, with the waived shipping fee, it saves so much time, gas money. I mean, the list goes on and on. You just have to be really smart about what you put in your cart, so start paying attention at the grocery store as far as what prices you're paying at the grocery store per ounce. The reason why I do per ounce is because boxes might look the same, or you might think a box of cereal is this much money when the boxes are
totally different in size which means they have a different amount of food inside of them.
Try to do everything by ounce and you'll get an idea what you
pay for at the grocery store versus what you can find on Amazon Prime. I've linked you to the coupons page below in the video description on YouTube. I've also linked you to the Amazon Prime sign-up if you need to do a free, 30-day trial, so go check those out if you need help finding the pages or starting the whole process out, it's there to help you.
And, don't forget to leave comments and ask me questions. If you don't understand how it's working or the video doesn't make sense to you, make sure you leave comments so I can help you guys out,
answer your questions and make sure you guys are getting some great deals.
